About Circle
Beginnings
Circle is a ministry of Courtyard Media Ministries which began over 40 years ago as Courtyard Music. In 1985, that beginning gave birth to Courtyard Media Ministries. Always involved in educating and inspiring young people as well as adults, the vision for training was formalized in 2009 with the founding of a very special school for arts, media, and ministry--CIRCLE! Through seminars across the country, consultation, and involvement in CMM live productions, literally thousands of talented individuals have already been trained and motivated to excellence. Now, Circle represents the next level of challenging and rewarding mentoring and instruction.
Randy Estelle
Our Co-Founder, along with his wife Lisa Estelle started Circle Christian Arts Academy in 2009. Since his passing in 2021 Circle has continued to thrive within the original vision Lisa and Randy first had for the students who attend Circle. His love and passion for the students of Circle Christian Arts Academy is still palpable today. Those who were lucky enough to learn from Randy and experience his larger than life personality remember him fondly.
Today
Circle provides an array of classes for every student to be challenged and engaged in multiple mediums. Students also present an annual theater production; this year's production being Bugsy Malone Jr, as well as their year end Showcase which have both received rave reviews. Classes are held on our beautiful campus at 5512 26th St W Bradenton, FL 34207.
The Vision
The ultimate vision for Circle includes a state-of-the-art performing arts hall and media development center for web, video, film and recording arts. Plans are ongoing for capital expansion and design concepts. The Circle leadership team envisions students from across the nation and around the world receiving a passionate call and thorough equipping for representing the Kingdom of God in the culture.
